- How do I create an account?Click "Sign Up" on the homepage and follow the instructions. We use passwordless authentication for your security.
- How do I generate synthetic data?After logging in, use the mode toggle to switch between Feedback, Interviews, and Support Tickets. Configure your settings and click "Generate". Results appear within seconds.
- How do I export my generated content?Use the export button on your results page to download your data as a JSON file with comprehensive metadata.

Account & Billing
- How do I manage my credits?Your available credits are shown in your dashboard. Purchase more credits via the "Pricing" page.
- What payment methods are accepted?We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
- How do I view my invoices?We do not currently provide invoices. We provide a receipt for each purchase. Please contact us if you need an invoice.
- Do credits expire?No, credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
Privacy & Security
- Is my data private?Yes. We never require or store real user data. All generated content is synthetic and stored locally in your browser.
- How is my information secured?All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and authentication is handled through MojoAuth.
- How do I delete my account?Contact us at privacy@buildingandexploring.com to request account deletion.
- What data do you collect?We collect minimal data: email for authentication, payment information (processed by Stripe), and usage analytics to improve our service.
Troubleshooting
- I'm not receiving the login email.Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, contact support.
- My credits aren't updating after purchase.Try refreshing your dashboard. If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction details. Do not share your credit card details with us, just need to know the date and time and what you purchased, along with the email address you used.
- The generation isn't working.Ensure your browser is up to date and cookies are enabled. If problems continue, please reach out to support.
- AI generation is taking too long.AI generation can take 10-30 seconds depending on complexity. If it's taking longer, try switching to template generation or contact support.
- I'm getting errors with AI generation.AI generation automatically falls back to template generation if there are issues. This ensures you always get results, even if AI is temporarily unavailable.
- The export isn't working.Ensure you have generated content to export. The export button only appears after successful generation. Try refreshing the page if the button doesn't appear.
